• Must arrive with bare nails (no product), as we do not provide nail removal services.
• We do not offer nail extensions; long nails seen on social media are natural lengths.
• Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time to respect others.
• Inspiration photos must be sent at least 1 day before your appointment via email or text.

Don't forget to pay the meter! Please read signs to avoid any tickets or towing. 

• Cancellation: 48-hour notice required. Late cancellations charged 100% of booked service.
• No Shows: Charged 100% of booked service.
• Repeated Cancellations: Future bookings may be restricted after 3 cancellations.
• Illness: Fee applies if canceled within 24 hours.
• Deposit: Non-refundable; transferable within 30 days if canceled early.

Cancellation policies ensure fair compensation for small businesses.

If you are running late, please notify via text. We hold appointments for ten minutes past appointment time; after that, adjustments or rescheduling may be necessary.

• Guarantee: Complimentary fix within 72 hours of appointment. Repair costs after 72 hours.
• Liability: Acknowledging risks releases us from liability.
• Health Info: Accurate health info required before services start.

Photos and videos may be used for promotion, with confidentiality assured. Withdraw consent in writing anytime.

• Communication: Text messages only; no phone calls or voicemails.
• Children: Only permitted if receiving a service with you; no exceptions.
• Deposits: Deposit will be charged upon booking via online, in person or through message.
• Sales: All services, gift cards, and retail sales are final.
